Best Western Plus Amedia Art Salzburg

staff were friendly. booked for 2 adult one child but unfortunately no spare bed on arrival, just a double. this was rectified very quickly though although the child bed has definitely seen better days. the bed was comfy. good budget option but could do with a refurb soon.

The reception stuff was very nice. The lady who served me was sweet. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name. It's very, very easy to get to the hotel by public transport either bus 4,10 or 2. Shops are also very close to the hotel, less than a minute to walk to. The ambience is good,and the hotel is quiet. The Wifi is strong and very easy to connect. The room was clean and cosy. I asked for the bed to be a king size instead of twin, and on short notice, it was done. They also have a wellness centre and spa if I remember correctly. It's a good value for money, I enjoyed my stay.

The room was a good size and comfortable. All the staff we met, were very friendly and helpful. Handy location for main bus routes. Choice for breakfast buffet was excellent and plentiful. Prices of coffee/beer reasonable. Nice towels. Public areas very pleasant and toilets very clean and well stocked. Good supply of toilet rolls etc.

Staff - accommodating, kind, helpful Room - big - clean - downside was airconditioning not functioning for two days. Technician not available during weekends Location - perfect since trams & buses pass by the hotel. No need to go to central station which saves a lot of time Breakfast - though the same everyday, it's still good & has many choices from fruits, meat, bread, cereals Towels - still new I recommend this hotel😉

Room was Spacious. Location ok - about 2 kms walk to the main attractions and platz. Beds comfortable. Breakfast was great - really liked it though surprisingly had no provision for toasted bread. Staff was courteous and efficient.
